Electoral department
undertakes the work relating to preparation/revision
of electoral rolls, preparation/issuance
of photo identity card to all eligible
electors in the State, conduct of Election,
bye-election for "Presidential/vice
Presidential" post and Parliament
and State Legislative Assembly. These
works are one under the direct control,
superintendence and direction of the
Election Commission of India. |

Roll is taken by the ERO keeping in
view the nature of revision. Person
who files his claim in from 6 or his
eligibility is objected to by someone
else, should bring his matriculation
certificate, ration card or other proof
of age/residence. |
