Samadhan Shivir: A Systematic Initiative for Swift Grievance Redressal

Under the directions of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Nayab Saini, officials have been directed to prioritize the resolution of complaints raised during these camps. Deputy Commissioner Panchkula, is ensuring regular monitoring and swift actions to enhance transparency and accountability. Every complaint is personally reviewed along with concerned departments to guarantee timely redressal. “Samadhan Shivir” is organized every Monday and Thursday (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM), where officials from all departments come together to address complaints on the spot. Every Friday, the Deputy Commissioner personally reviews complaint resolutions to ensure swift action and officer accountability. The “Samadhan Shivir” initiative is becoming a strong bridge between the government and the public, ensuring that citizens’ concerns are heard and resolved efficiently.
