- Officials from all departments attend the camp to resolve complaints on the spot.
- Deputy Commissioner Panchkula ensures monitoring and departmental coordination.
- Friday Review: The Deputy Commissioner personally reviews complaint status and officer accountability.
- All grievances are addressed in collaboration with the concerned departments.
